The Intelligent

your staff as well. Your staff can scan in
their staff ID when they clock in for work,
and scan out when they leave; the times in
which they report and leave work are captured
automatically. This will also enhance the
payroll system, as all data on staff attendance
is stored in the system and can be drafted
as a report every month and used by the Finance
department.
New staff personnel can be added into the
system at any time, while passes and keys
that are no longer used can be removed. This
prevents unauthorized personnel to enter at
any time.
